Ingredients
- 1 Grapefruit can also use oranges, omit honey
- ½ teaspoon dried mint optional
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Wash hands before prepping food.
- Cut the grapefruit in half.
- Drizzle honey, then mint onto the grapefruit.
- Put the two halves together and Wrap grapefruit in heavy foil.
- Put the grapefruit into the hot coals of the campfire
- Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until the grapefruit is golden
- Remove, unwrap, and enjoy!
Notes
If you're just coming in from the cold, you can also make this fun & tasty treat indoors. Follow the instructions but instead of using the campfire, use your oven's "broiler" to brown the top of the grapefruit.
