Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 Large egg Slightly beaten
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Place egg in a shallow bowl. Combine cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, and pepper in another shallow bowl. Dip fillets into egg and then into cheese mixture.
