Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Greek Yogurt, Vanilla low-fat
  • 1/8 cup Blueberries
  • 1/8 cup Raspberries

Instructions

  • Mash banana with fork.
  • Add 2 eggs.
  • Whisk together.
  • Pour 1/3 of batter on a skillet at medium heat. Cook until golden. Flip with a spatula. Repeat 2 more times to make 3 pancakes.
  • Put on plate and top each pancake with 1 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt.
  • Wash berries.
  • Fold in half and sprinkle with berries.

  • Swap fresh fruit with frozen. Just heat in a pot or microwave before serving.
