Banana Pancake Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Greek Yogurt, Vanilla low-fat
- 1/8 cup Blueberries
- 1/8 cup Raspberries
Instructions
- Mash banana with fork.
- Add 2 eggs.
- Whisk together.
- Pour 1/3 of batter on a skillet at medium heat. Cook until golden. Flip with a spatula. Repeat 2 more times to make 3 pancakes.
- Put on plate and top each pancake with 1 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt.
- Wash berries.
- Fold in half and sprinkle with berries.
