Banana Sushi
A kid friendly recipe that is a great one to get your kids involved in the kitchen.

- 1 Butter knife
Ingredients
- 1 Banana peeled
- 1 Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter or other nut butter
Instructions
- Wash hands.
- Spread peanut butter or nut butter of your choice evenly on tortilla.
- Place banana on center of tortilla.
- Tightly roll up tortilla with the banana in the middle.
- Slice tortilla roll into 1-inch slices.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
