Banana Sushi

Equipment

  • 1 Butter knife

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana peeled
  • 1 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter or other nut butter

Instructions

  • Wash hands.
  • Spread peanut butter or nut butter of your choice evenly on tortilla.
  • Place banana on center of tortilla.
  • Tightly roll up tortilla with the banana in the middle.
  • Slice tortilla roll into 1-inch slices.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
