Simple Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts about 4 cups
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Wash brussels sprouts under clean water. Trim off the ends of the brussels sprouts, cut in half, then place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle oil and top with salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Spread brussels sprouts in a single layer with cut side down.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until lightly golden and tender. Enjoy warm!
