Frozen Yogurt Bark

A tasty summer treat that is good for you and quick and easy to make.

Equipment

  • 1 Spatula or spoon
  • 1 baking pan
  • Plastic wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt vanilla
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (medium) sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or blackberries
  • 1/4 cup kiwi cubed

Instructions

  • Wash hands.
  • Rinse fruit under running water.
  • Line baking pan with plastic wrap.
  • Spread yogurt evenly in baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with fruit.
  • Freeze for 2-4 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Break into pieces.
  • Enjoy!
