Grape Sorbet

This sorbet is refreshing and so easy to make!

Equipment

  • 1 Measuring cup
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 food processor or blender
  • 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen seedless green grapes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of coarse salt

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water
  • Place grapes in a food processor with mint, honey, lemon juice and salt.
  • Puree
  • Place in freezer until firm, at least four hours.
