These high-protein energy bites are a easy no-bake snack that kids and adults love!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • cup Graham Crackers (Crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract Optional
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup Marshmallow Bits Can substitute for mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, crushed graham crackers, chia seeds, and salt.
  • Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined and the mixture is moist. Gently stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallow bits.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 tablespoons per ball. Place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
