S'mores Energy Bites
These high-protein energy bites are a easy no-bake snack that kids and adults love!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- ⅓ cup Graham Crackers (Crushed)
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract Optional
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup Marshmallow Bits Can substitute for mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, crushed graham crackers, chia seeds, and salt.
- Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined and the mixture is moist. Gently stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallow bits.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 tablespoons per ball. Place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
