Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia fillets
- 1 Large egg Slightly beaten
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese Grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Place egg in a shallow bowl. Combine cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, and pepper in another shallow bowl. Dip fillets into egg and then into cheese mixture.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, 10-15 minutes.
