Fun in the Snow

During this cold season we are all ready to curl up with a blanket, and not step outside. But staying active, even in the cold, is important. And these cold months brings with it something for all of us to enjoy – snow. Playing in the snow as a family is a great bonding activity as well as a great way to stay active. Make snow angels, build a snow man, or have a snow ball fight.

Then come inside and warm up with a nice warm drink. Hot chocolate is great to enjoy every so often, but also try some nice warm herbal tea for a warm drink with less sugar. Here is a great warm drink that has a little less sugar so you can enjoy it more frequently to warm up after cold fun in the snow.
