Cucumber Salad with Tomatoes

- 1 Knife
- 1 cutting board
- 1 Measuring cups
- 1 Mixing Spoon
- 2 cups cucumber diced
- 1 cup tomatoes seeded, diced
- 1/4 cup sweet onion chopped
- 2 cups whole grain cous cous or brown rice cooked
- 2 tsp Dried dill
- 1/2 cup light Italian dressing
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- For best flavor, chill for one hour before serving
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
