  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Mixing Spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes seeded, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion chopped
  • 2 cups whole grain cous cous or brown rice cooked
  • 2 tsp Dried dill
  • 1/2 cup light Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  • For best flavor, chill for one hour before serving
  • Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
