Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds carrots = 6-8 medium carrots
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Wash hands with soap and water
  • Scrub carrots to remove dirt.
  • Cut carrots into 3-inch strips, or rounds if you want carrot chips.
  • Place carrots, oil, cumin (if using) and salt in a bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place carrots on the baking sheet. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turning carrots after the first 15 minutes.
  • Cool slightly and enjoy!
