Overnight Apple Oatmeal

- 1 bowl
- 1 Knife
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup Apple washed and chopped
- Always wash hands before preparing food.
- Combine oats, milk, and applesauce or mashed banana in bowl or jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with washed and chopped apple and optional other toppings.
Optional toppings: Nuts, yogurt, seeds, or honey
