Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup Apple washed and chopped

Instructions

  • Always wash hands before preparing food.
  • Combine oats, milk, and applesauce or mashed banana in bowl or jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, top with washed and chopped apple and optional other toppings.
  • Enjoy!

Nuts, yogurt, seeds, or honey
