Lemon Vinaigrette
This salad dressing is easy to make. Oil, acid and some seasonings are all you need for a delicious homemade dressing. Begin with a base: olive oil, canola oil or yogurt. Add in an acid: vinegar or citrus juice. Seasonings: herbs, onion, mustard or garlic.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash hands before preparing food
- Mix all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake, or mix in a bowl with a whisk
- Pour over salad and enjoy!
