Lemon Vinaigrette

This salad dressing is easy to make. Oil, acid and some seasonings are all you need for a delicious homemade dressing. Begin with a base: olive oil, canola oil or yogurt. Add in an acid: vinegar or citrus juice. Seasonings: herbs, onion, mustard or garlic.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash hands before preparing food
  • Mix all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake, or mix in a bowl with a whisk
  • Pour over salad and enjoy!
