This smoothie is a great way to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables

Equipment

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Measuring cup
  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 banana cut into slices
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt or key lime yogurt
  • ¼ cup apple juice or lime juice
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Wash hands before preparing food
  • Place banana, grapes, kiwi and spinach in the blender. Add yogurt, juice and ice.
  • Puree until smooth
  • Enjoy!
