As the weather starts to cool down, you may be looking for some fall activities that let you stay nice and warm, while being inside. What better way to spend some indoor quality time, than at the library?
Did you know reading can help improve your memory and reduce stress? So, cozy up in a corner of the library to read a great book! If reading isn’t exactly your thing, the Boise Public Library puts on events and classes every week for all ages. From crafting events and puppet shows, to technology basics class, there will surely be an activity that sparks your interest. You can also borrow or download eBooks, magazines, music, CDs, DVDs, newspapers, and video games with a library card.
How? If you need a library card, it’s easy to get (and free)! You can apply online or in person and will get full access to all Boise Public Library events and books for one year. Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1.5 Bananas
- 3/4 cup Zucchini shredded
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbls Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Wash hands with soap and water
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare ingredients. In medium bowl mix together all ingredients until fully combined.
- Scoop 2 T of batter onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Enjoy warm or chilled. Store in refrigerator or freezer
